Backup Exec 20 SQL Backup on local system

the SQL Server Instance is missing on Backup Exec 20 in my selection list on my local system.I´ve updated from version 16 to 20.  I thought that a server licence inculdes SQL Backup  on a local system. Thanks foryour help. RR
