The problem is solved. The require SSL box had to be unticked in IIS manager and the server is now connecting.

evtestsite is the alias for the server. The installtion guide asked to create a alias so I created it.

Actually this is my second installation. I installed EV and SQL on 2 new VMs as the same symptoms were there last time.Really don't know where the things are going wrong.Thanks a lot for taking the time to help me.

Hi TonyI had already run this SQL before taking the log. I believe the URL should be to ev server with Https or http and really don't understand why it's to exchange server.

Hi Tony, I did not configure this URL anywhere while installing of configuring and am not sure why it is there. Do you have any suggestion where I should be looking to change this from exchange URL to EV server URL?
