i have taken some archive tapes andi have got restore and now unable to find the files in the netbackup restore tape and can you plese help me  on this and i am attach the sctreen shot  

i have 2 drive ,In device manager only 1 drive is showing and another drive is not showing and can you suggest. when i start a job its showRobotic library is down on server, Media Server

i have same problem in netbackup 7.6 verision ,can any one help to solve my problem and we are usig ibm drive and ibm tape library
