Security Patch 2 for NetBackup Appliance 5.1.1 MR1 is available to download here.
SP2 includes SP1. So if you haven't installed SP1 on top of 5.1.1 MR1, you should just install SP2.

I'm curious why you are reimaging to such an old release (3.2). Why not reimage to something more recent like 4.1.0.1 MR5 or 5.0.0.1 MR3? You should also renew your hardware support, which seems to have expired.
