Thanks, I will give that another try (sounds like the same fix as Solution 1 of https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100006408) and if it doesn't stay fixed I'll take the hint and raise a support case.All the best- John

Ended up purging all the queues with anything in them (there was nothing in the a1 queues, which I'm told you shouldn't purge anyway) for the affected servers, then it started working. a5s were the bulk of the items though.Thanks!- John
