Veritas Backup Exe Tape Storage

Dear all, I am installing a fresh copy of Veritas Backup Exe version 20.3. when trying to add new Tape Storage, it is not detecting my tape drive.I have HP 1x8 G2 AUTOLDR connected to network.  please help me. Thanks & best regards
