Event viewer indicates that the service MSSLServerADHelper failed to start because it needs 2 start parameters. All other BackupExec services start OK. KB has no reference to this service. Any ideas as to the parameter choices? Thanks.

The evening after a successful backup will always be followed by a "error orrucrred while connecting to the Remote Agent for Windows Servers" job failure unless I log the backup user on and then log them off. Windows 2003 server. Any ideas? Thanks...
When I try to start the MSSQLServerADHelper service I get a message that it needs 2 start parameters. The executable file is C:\program files\mssqlserver\80\tools\binn\sqladhlp.exe.
