I would have to agree the last time I call Symantec it took for ever just to get a person to put my call into the routing system, then from there, I didn't get a call back until I pushed the issue.
Derek,I heard you. I opened a call on thursday and still haven't heard from support yet. All I did was I upgrade from BE 10 to BE 11 and it broke my configuration. Quality has dropped in this product ever since Symantec took it over.
