I see with ver 11 encryption is now an option with either AES 128 or 256 and it can be applied on backups to tape.  Is anyone doing this or tested it?  Just wondering how much of a performance hit it makes and how reliable it is?  Any other drawbacks...

I just found out that with 11D, you cannot backup a 2003 server's system state unless you have applied the 2003 SP1.  I looked through the admin guide and see no reference to a requirement, so that kind of urks me.  Maybe I just missed that somewhere...
