I cannot backup Win7 on machines that come pre-loaded from Dell.
However, backups work on machines that we have upgraded to Win7,
which includes Win7 Ultimate and Win7 Enterprise on 64-bit workstation.
Have you checked the security settings on them IF your RAWS agent is installed? Yes.
Anything like UAC/antivirus/firewall blocking the application from running on them? No.
