'About Symantec Backup Exec'.I am using BE 9.1 Rev. 4691... I do not have the above....and it does not tell me anything about SP4 or SP4a...but along the same lines...IF I do install SP4a, do I also have to upgrade the CLIENTS????

it was a hardware error...w2k3 did not see the media changer or loaded the drivers for it...All is well nowThanks
