I ran a backup to disk today and it appears to have run properly.The drivers have been re-installed (a few times over the last few months). Service pack 4a is already installed.I will see what happens with the backups tonight.Thank you,Jim

Shweta,Thank you for your feedback.We have reviewed the drivers and SCSI settings. It would seem that if we had a driver or SCSI setting problem the errors would also occur on our incremental backups. They do not. The incremental backups work fine...
