I fixed the problem in an unusual way, I gave the Veritas directory everyone rights, which allowed the upgrade to complete. The Veritas directory did have domain admin rights which I am in the list???Thanks,Joe

Ajit,Someone else reponded that CPS is built into every copy of BE 10d, that makes since to me since I can't add the license when I try.Thanks,Joe
