I forgot to mention..... The SQL server is a named instance om an SQL cluster.... It works fine with the rest of EV and it always has, but can it make a difference to the monitoring tool?Just thought I add the information.//Michael

I have looked att the setting, the account has DB_Owner permissions in the database and I have recreated and doublechecked the DSN, but still no luck..... I am no SQL guru though, so I am not 100 % sure that I havent missed something.Thanx for the ti...
