Hello please check the log of of the job and check the exact file that was skipped, that your give you an idea of what happend.Also if you dont have the open file agent on the computer being backup and the file is being used the file will be skipped....

qutub have you installed any major update such as SP1 or any other hotfix. If not i recommend installing SP1 and recheck. hope this helpslovalles
