Exactly what does the Activity and "Active Files" in the Activity view of the Workspace show? I cannot seem to find a reference to it, my guess is: Activity: Online manual says "Total Access Count on the Share", is opening and listing content of the share enough or do you need to access files in the share? Does both Read and Write operations count as 1? If 2 users access the same file is that 2 counts? If the same user access the same file 2 times, is that 2 counts? Over which time period is this calculated? Since scanning started? Active Files: Files accessed (Read/Write?) over which time period? Inactive files have not been accessed for how long? (6 months)? Tried the admin, user and online guide, but couldn´t find a conclusive answer.413Views0likes0Comments"Openness" in DQL?
Hello DI/DQL community, I am getting into some custom reporting with DQL and came across this sample query: Get the name, size, active data size, percentage of data size that is active, openness, and number of active users for each share FROM msu GET name, size, active_data_size, (active_data_size*100/size) AS active_data_percent, isopen, active_user_count; My question is, what does 'openness' refer to in the description of this query? Thanks, EvanSolved804Views0likes1CommentDI configuration modification

When running reports in Data Insight, we need to expand the number of results in the reports. In another site, Data Insight is configured to have about 99999999999 counts before truncation, because a Conf file was able to be edited. No one recorded what that file was or where, so we can't duplicate this on the new site. This is the portion of the reports we want to increase past the standard limit. "Truncate output if record count exceeds:" Does anyone know the config file I'm referring to, or where it is located?Solved1.3KViews1like3Comments
