Hello again, after the split the old KB URLs are inaccessible. I need a solution to find the recent KB Articles like this old link: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/csearch.html?componentTitle=Enterprise%20Vault%20for%20Microsoft%20Exchange&channelRefKey=SOLUTIONS&primarySortField=MODIFIEDDATE&localeCode=en_US&categoryReferenceKey=50996 Veritas doesn't use the csearch.html anymore and I don't know the correct keywords for search-result.html. Can anybody help to show a list of the recent KB-articles? Thanks. KaiWeird Outlook profiles call EnterpriseVault_0000_0000 in the client computer
Hi all, While troubleshoot an outlook profile problem, we came a cross a weird outlook profile, please see picture: All user have 3 extra profile called EnterpriseVault_0000_0000 (the numbers varies in all user), they don't appear in outlook nor in the file system only in the registry, and they appear in the "profiles" and "Deleted profiles" sections. If I delete them, they appear again when Outlook opens. I like to know what is this? The user environment is as follow: Windows 7 Outlook 2010 Outlook addin v10.0.4.1354 Vault Cache No Virtual Vault. The Serverenvironment is as follow: Windows server 2008 Enterprise Vault 10.0.4 CHF3 Exchange 2010 SP3 RU13No access to ExchangeArchivingReports.aspx with new VSA
Hello together, we are facing a problem in an environment where the vsa got changed recently. Customer is unable to access the exchange archiving reports with the new vsa. When accessing the reports over the mentioned url with the old vsa we are able to access them. With the new vsa we only get the information "You do not have permissions to view the specified page." We had some trouble changing the vsa as this is a microsoft cluster environment with 2 nodes and theservices on the second node refused to start until we re-entered the credentials in the directory properties ofthe vsa. Since then the services start on both nodes without an error but we are not able to access the reports. Customer does not want to use Authorization Manager to allow another user access to the reports as they want to view them with the vsa. We are able to open other pages like clientdiagnostics.aspx and usage.asp with the new vsa without any problems. Appreciate any idea on that.
Is there a detailed documentation on how to publish EV through OWA 2010 through netscaler?
Hi guys, I'm trying to switch TMG to a netscaler but I cannot find any detailed instructions how to do it to EV OWA publishing. While the TMG settings I have the external ip addresses stated on the cas server iis owa applications - when I switch those to the netscaler IP (nothing else is change on the EV side) and logging in to owa it shows me the search and archive explorer icons normally and I can even open them and see the item list in all the folders BUT when I try to open one /any of these items - nothing happens. No new window open or anything. It's like the request stops there and does nothing. Any functionality like open/ forward / reply doesn't do anything... Any idea what might be the issue here? I did log these tests on the cas servers but I couldn't find any clear issues there... Sani B.
