SQL Script to perform FSA item location in the File Server
Hi People, Does anyone here got the SQL Script for the EV to show where are those file that was archived by EV in the file server ? I need to restore all files that archived within a specific timerange. Unfortunately the FSA Utility cannot do it since I cannot find the parameters. Thanks

Latest Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-In Download
Hi! This may not be the right place for this question, but where can I download the latest version of theEnterprise Vault Outlook Add-In? We have licensing, etc., but I've searched all over the site with no luck. Also tried calling Symantec customer service, which was honestly a nightmare, and I never got an answer. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi all, Is there any DTrace documentation that help me throubleshooting logs better ? I want to dig deeper what can be suspicious, what is definitely wrong ,but I am unable to find any documentation. Any replies would be highly appreciated.

Where do I get OWA extensions file for Exchange 2013?
Hi I have a Symantec Enterprise Vault 11.0.1 media and its does not have OWA 2013 Extensions, only from OWA 2003 Extensions to OWA 2010 Extensions. Where can I get OWA 2013 Extensions?

Hello, looking for FSA analyzer for EV. The same problem like solved in forumhttps://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/file-system-analyzer. But I am confused which group membership to request for, for the access to the download. And today I have 1.41.1 FSA analyzer version from 2011, is there a newer one at all? Regards Michal

EV Add-in version for Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 onwards ?
Gentlemen, appreciate your patience and advice: We're in the first tentative steps to upgrade from Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007 to Exchange 2013, Outlook 2013 and Office 2013. We currently use EV Server version 10.0.3 and Add-in version 10.0.3.1169. There are no plans to upgrade the EV Server, yet, but clearly we'll need a new Add-in for Outlook 2013. I've looked in the latest Compatability Chart, but it didn't list the exact Add-in Version (ie like...10.0.3.1169 above). Please could you advise on the correct Add-in Version for Outlook 2013, running on WIndows-7 onwards(32-bit and 64-bit machines)and anything else that might smooth the journey for us ? Thanks in anticipation...

EV - 11.0.1 download & location
I currently have a number of customers on various 10 versions of EV and am looking to start planning the EV11 upgrade. As 11.0.1 is now available I am planning on deploying it. I see and can access the 11.0.1 CHF1 ISO, but cannot locate the 11.0.1 base code itself. I am assuming there is a full ISO install for 11.0.1 as opposed to an update to 11.0 (I already have the 11.0 code dated May 2014). I can only locate upgrade notifications for 11 (nothing for 11.0.1), and when I use the serial number associated with those upgraded licenses I see the original 11.0 code from May 2014. Anyone assist here ? Thanks, AJ

Moving from EV Cloud to Ev 11 on-premises
Hello. Im just looking for some information in regards if this is posible or not. We have moved our Archiving out to the cloud. We had some issues and now we are looking to move back to on on-premises. My question is. For example the client access there archive via outlook / EV11 which is redirected out to EV cloud. Obtain the mailbox archive. then downloads the mailbox to on-premise storage for future accessing. A simple yes or no. any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated Thanks in advanced. Noel
