Clearwell 7.1.4 HTTP request error
Upon logging into (7.1.4) UI, my main dashboard has a popup window error. Am also getting same window every time I open a case and am taken to the case home. Window says "Failure: Unable to retrieve chart: HTTP request error" Services restart did not fix. Also getting other error : When trying to download export job: it says unable to dowload from "Clearwell web path".Unable to open this internet Site. It is not happening with all user, there are only few users who are facing this issue. Anyone else seen this? Best Regards, Deepak Jindal

Legal Hold for Enterprise Vault using Clearwell
All, I just want to announce to the community that the ability to place data on Legal Hold within Enterprise Vault is now available in Clearwell 7.1.1 FIX 1 This presently only applies to Exchange and Domino Mailbox and Journal archives. More supported archives coming later this year If you are an existing Clearwell customer you need to install FIX 1 which you can download from FileConnect. All new customers will automatically have this installed on their new Clearwell appliances when freshly installed for you. If you have any question on this please let me know Liam
