Hello I have noticed that one of our PureDiskVolume deduplication disks has filled up (above 95% water mark). I have expired some old images that are no longer required, I have done this but the space has not been cleaned up. I understand there is another command that needs to be run to reclaim the space but am unsure what command to safely use as I do not want to remove all my other backups on the disk. I only need the images I have expired space re claimed Hope someone can help Thanks In advance!Solved1.6KViews0likes2CommentsSymantec Puredisk v:6.1.5.2 | Scheduled backups are not running

Hi, I am trying to find a way to find out if the post 6.6.3a PureDisk upgrade Content Router rebasing has completed. It is quite easy to check with the crcontrol if the rebasing option is enabled or disabled at all but I would like to know if the rebasing is still "in progress" or is this "completed". I am aware that this rebasing runs in backgroud and not 24/7 but how to check if all CR entries have been rebased?? Thanks!1.8KViews1like4CommentsMass delete error messages
When sorting though error messages in Puredisk, we have 33,611 critical error messages. the error itself has been resolved, but I would like to remove these messages. Does anyone know a way to mass delete these? Right now I can only remove them 20 or so at a time and that will take 1500 instances of me deleting and confirming.689Views0likes1CommentCheck Size of a Image
Is there any way to check the size of an image in an MSDP? I need to replicate a subset of the images on one MSDP to another and am trying to put a timeline together. Also if there is a way to figure out the size of that image after it is rehydrated that would be awesome as well. I need to send these images to tape and am again trying to plan things out a little better. Thanks,1KViews0likes2CommentsVCS probe issue with puredisk cluster
Perform the following action in a puredisk cluster: Freeze the cluster Take down puredisk for maintenance At this point, the cluster will set the state of puredisk to "offline" Bring puredisk back up At this point, the cluster will NOT set the state of puredisk back to online. Probing the resource doesn't bring the service back either. The only way of getting the resource back online, is by "onlining" it. This will cause a number of startup and initialization scripts to run on an already running system. Not good. The cause is in /opt/pdcl/bin/cluster/vcs/monitor: if ($ServerType eq "PD") { if (($monRC == 0) && ($NBUSTATE eq "OFFLINE")) { # if all services are up, state is offline, return OFFLINE $monRC = 100; } => When all services are running, return offline ? I would change it to this: if ($ServerType eq "PD") { if (($monRC == 0) && ($NBUSTATE eq "OFFLINE")) { # if all services are up, state is offline, return OFFLINE $monRC = 110; } Tried this out: after a probe, my resource is online364Views0likes0Comments
