Netbackup 7.5.0.7 Windows Server 2008 R2 with SP1 x64 I'm only backing up VM's that are connected to my vCenter server which Netbackup has complete access too. Full error found in Reports-->Problems "netbackup unable to resolve hostname <host>, no hostname alias added to pem name manager." Started seeing this about two weeks ago.. Not sure if7.5.0.7 is the cause because I dont remember seeing it with version7.5.0.6. Been searching the forums, and google and the manual.. Not seeing a solution to this issue. Been looking in logs, and looking at thenbpem log.. Not really seeing anything in there that makes any sense... Can anyone help resolve? Hello I have just setup Backup Exec 2014 on a Windows 2008 Standard server, backing up an Exchange 2010 server. I was not getting a notification that the backup job was either complete or failing, just no notification at all. I researched this and found that I needed to change the login account, which I did. when I run the Test credentials though, although most test pass, the test against the mailbox databases fails, with "Test Failed, Test Recommended." What do I need to do to make this work? The login account has domain admin rights and is a member of the Exchange Mail Admins.Solved7.8KViews0likes5CommentsHow to generate a detailed report of a client backup?
