Unable Access Second Partition After Formatting Primary Partition
I recently had fully encrypted hard disk (Toshiba mq01abd075), operating system (Windows 7 Professional), two partition. C (146 GB) and D (548 GB) and 4 GB Unallocated space. I ran the system restore for partition C, after which I was unable to access the operating system. I reinstalled the operating system partition C. I installed PGP WDE, when I entered in the program, partition D does not appear to be decrypted. Partition D appears in My Computer (0 bytes), in computer management at disk management appear 548 GB RAW. If I double click on it ask me for Format, but i've never click Yes, so the second partition was never touch after the problem.After this I reinstalled twice the OS. Now I have windows 8.1 but stil,but still I have not touch the second partition. I've tried to decrypt the drive with a few tutorials such as(WinPE and put the hard disk as second partition): http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH170574 http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH149478 Give me various errors suchs as: "Could not locate valid BGFS record. Recovey failed! Operation recover disk failed: Error code -11984 item not found" or "Disk 1 is not instrumented by bootguard" and others. I know was my fault. Please give me a solution. Symantec endpoint protection manager 11
Dear All We have Symantec endpoint protection manager in our organisation but we do not have back up files.Last week Server Hard disk has problem and we have installed new Symantec endpoint protection manager.But we do not have our updated list on SEPM. I have retrieve the old SEPM FOLDER from pROGRAM FILES and having sem5.db which is 0 kb and sem5.log having big size. Now we would like to configure new SEPM as old setup.Please guide me how to solve this issue. Want to retrieve all client list on SEPM and it should connect with my sepm.Please help me.

Norton Ghost V15.0 R1
I have tried to do a full backup of my hard disk drive which has Windows XP Pro 32bit version as the operating system. I used Norton Ghost V15 R1 to do the full backup. I booted the computer using the Norton Ghost V15 disk and selected backup my computer option. The problem is why the boot.ini file is showing 0 bytes, looking in the recovery point file with extension v2i. The backup look like it worked, but I noticed the boot.ini had 0 bytes which should have been 219 bytes. Is the file backup correctly by Norton Ghost V15 or not. I'm not gamed to restore the hard drive with this recovery point file, if the boot.ini file is 0 bytes.
