Unable to open some items via the web app: Failed to get the document from the Storage Service
EV 11.0.1 + CHF2 Windows 2008 R2 Intermittently we're seeing the error "Failed to get the document from the Storage Service" when viewing items and attachments in the web app. We can use 'View Whole Item', no problem. Some of the info I've come across on the web says it could be a "resource problem" but nothing has been real helpful in getting to the bottom of this.

Hello Team, I have a user account added to 2 different provisioning group. Now when I check the archiving report, do not see any information of the user. The Archiving has been not working. Please let me know if a user is added to 2 provisioning group does the archiving stop?

Hi how archiving implemented with sharepoint, 1)when archive finish of a document library , what actually stored in sharepoint content database ? and in EV server? 2) after archiving is sharepoint content db size is reduce? if a sharepoint web application configured and enable rbs then after archiving is content db size is reduce and why?
