PDCR services often become unused
Hi, Please advice what other solution i have resolve pdcr crashing / become unused below extarct of spoold.log spoold.log : ERROR: unexpected chunk number 196 (expected 27) for toast value 336282189 July 22 22:17:47 ERR [1075325248]: 25004: database query failed /Storage/data # /opt/pdcr/bin/crcontrol --queueinfo total queue size : 335802609 creation date of oldest tlog : Mon Jul 21 12:17:36 2014 Beside increase exiting physical memory, what other option i have to make my pdcr service stabil. Hi All, From past few days we have been observing error 130 with exchange 2010(DAG)backups, I have checked in various symantec docs and found out issue could either be with circular logging or exchange writers but none of them are issues presently. As far as my understanding goes. if exchange backup fails . netbackup locks the database and it needs to be removed manully to resolve the issue. while it worked for couple of mailbox, we observed backups still failing for few mailbox. finally we had to stop exchange replication services for one mail box and for other two fail over passive copy to different node and issue got resolved. We would not like much of a change in exchange infra. Is there any way that exchange removes lock by itself rather than doing it manually or backups can be sucssful without stopping replication services or moving passive copies to different nodes. CLI Command For Dedup Rates
NBU Experts, Do any of you know if there is a CLI command that can tell the dedup rate for all the images created, and stored in a PureDisk pool? It can be used as a stand-alone (PureDisk writes data to the storage pools) or as a back-end for NetBackup.
