Report for items reviewed by a reviewer in CA
Hi , I have a requirement to prepare a report on total no of items reviewed, pending and questioned for one employee in compliance accelerator. I checked the inbuilt CA report " Evidence of exchange(internal) review by employee " , but it displays all the columns as "0". Later, I came to know that CA report only displays messages from random sampling and not from immediate or scheduled searches and review. Hey. The standard CA reports are pretty useful, but I'm wondering it it's possible to create a custom report or modifyanexisting one. Specifically, I'm inerested in "Monitored IDs by Department". That report only includes messages from random sampling or guaranteed sample searches, but I'd like one that covers scheduled searches as well. I don't need for the report to be visible in the CA console.If there's a database query that returns the desired info, I could transform that into a CSV which would be just fine. Hi, One of user needs to access a research folder created by co-worker who already left the company.Even with administrator permission, we are not able to access the role assignment tab to change the permission.As far as I know, only the folder owner can change the permission.But in our case, since the folder owner already left the company, we are left with no option. I installed and configured CA 10.0.4. I created a couple searchesunder the application tab but they are not showing up under the Monitor tab. I created a daily search with a schedule and it hasn't done anything. Io also created an immediate search to search for everything from 2013 and after I submitted the search it didn't start and I'm unable to find any searches under the monitor tab. In July we upgraded our EV\CA environment to 10.4. Since that time, we have not been able to get our employee accounts to synchronize with AD. The last time they did was a few hours before the upgrade. Employee groups that point to an AD group synch fine, but employees do not. At the request of support I reinstalled CA, however the issue remains. 2 days back i migrated my SQL server from old to new hardware and hence had to reconfigure the Journaling infra Compliance Accelerator / Discovery Accelerator Server. Everything looks fine until today morning i noticed that in CA/DA client under report tab i would get an error "Disconnected from report server" Thought reporting is still pointing to old SQL hence Ran the query SELECT * FROM tblConfiguration WHERE ConfigurationID = '949' and got below results the val column in the table shows me old SQL server hhtp://oldsqlserver/reportserver_InstanceName i checked from CA client end in configuration -- setting -- reporting it shows me the same vault of old server. Now my query is can i just replace the server name from client end as the instance name is still same and DB name is still same also i can access the new reporting url from the server using the service acccount on which the CA services are running will there be any impact if do change it from client end and not sql server.Solved1.5KViews1like2Comments
