Need to export clearwell Tags in version 7.1.2
Can someone list the steps on how I can perform the following in CW 7.1.2 We had our Clearwell Load files for each case loaded into Relativity but I need do a export of the Tag stuff/info out of clearwell so it can be overlayed in relativity. Is there a way to manually change the LDAP address outside of the Clearwell application, i.e. a configuration file somewhere? The original LDAP settings pointed to a DC that has been decommissioned and needs to be updated to a current LDAP DC. Unable to log in using a local CW account because I noticed on another CW8.1 installation the local account radio button switched to "Enterprise" login after upgrading to 8.1 from 7.3 Thanks. I've just upgraded to Clearwell 8.1 from 7.1.3. I need to change the passwords for the local accounts that were created when on the previous version. After trying to process a Hold collection the process finished but get this error: [#80000] common services error : unable to open csv file - \\server-FQDN\d$\cw\v81\scratch\temp\esadb\datastore_case_xxxx\attindexdir\scancomplete\sc_numberxxxx_0.csv I saw the TECH229202 article and thought it would be the same but after looking closely the directory does not contain the directory after \\server-FQDN\d$\cw\v81\scratch\temp\esadb\datastore_case_xxxx\, there is no attindexdir\scancomplete\ directories. We have a Clearwell system on version 7.1.3 that is clean with no cases. We have a system that is on version 7.1.2 that has all our cases on. I'm looking to restore the cases from the v7.1.2 machine to the v7.1.3 machine. Looking for documentation/how-to's/knowledge articles, etc. on the backup and restore process for this If you need more info, please let me know. Hi, we added a new property browser called: esa.crawler.mapi.skipMsgTypes * = IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.Shortcut,IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.PendingArchive.ArchiveMe,IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.Shortcut.RestoreMe,IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.Shortcut.DeleteMe As we collect data from both EV & File System & Exchange. after adding the new property browser, we restart the services as requested. checked all property browser details and could see that this property was added successfully. The next day, checking the properties browser, we can see that the "esa.crawler.mapi.skipMsgTypes" is there but the value is empty. We add edit again, restarted services again, confirmed that properties are show correctly. two days later, property is empty again... only this property keeps to clear the value. Any ideas ?
