Load File Imports
Hi, We are looking at importing Load Files into Clearwell currently and are running into issues regarding formatting of the DAT file. We are looking at importing a Concordance Load File from Nuix. Does anyone have any real world experience of doing this, have attempted labs for this import but it's never the same as the data is always predictable and too easy. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Regards Tom

Logging into Clearwell eDiscovery Platform Fails
We are on Clearwell 7.1.2, for a reason unbeknownst to us when trying to log in we get a message of authentication failed [#16005], User ID not found or password was incorrectly typed. I know this to be untrue because I can log in a few hours later using the same credentials. I can log out on one day, come in the next day and try to log in and get the same message. If I come back to it later, my login will sometimes be successful. I've tried restarting services, restarting the device and still get the same thing. This is becoming annoying as there are times when I need to manage some cases with high priority and I'm unable to. Has anyone had this same experience and have a solution/workaround? Thanks.

Legal Hold Confirmation Page: There is a problem with this website's security certificate
I am configuring the Legal Hold confirmation server on a new Clearwell v7.1.2 install. By default,links to the confirmationwebpageare configured as HTTPS, sowhen a custodianclicks ona Legal Hold confirmation link, they get this message: There is a problem with this website's security certificate. The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address. Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server. We recommend that you close this webpage and do not continue to this website. Click here to close this webpage. Continue to this website (not recommended). More information We will not be deploying a certificate since all access is internal. The Legal Hold guide suggests two methods to create a certificate but there is a property that will direct the user to a non-secure version of the Confirmation Server, an HTTP address instead of an HTTPS, that will eliminate this error. Property to change: esa.icp.holds.link.useHttps Value to set: false Confirm Change. No need to restart services, the new link will go to HTTP and all of the previous hold notices are accessible there.

Need help with print or production to PDF of 1500+ documents in one package
Hi, our legal team needs to provide a hard copy package to a senior counsel for final review of documents before the case goes to court. We are being asked to print out 1500+ documents that have been reviewed/tagged in Clearwell. Here's the problem: -Using the Print function to PDFwithin Analysis & Review a) results in a massive file; b) does not incorporate embedded objects into the parent, such as logos and text which are broken outfrom an email messageto separate attachments; c) makes a mess of printing Excel spreadsheets, printing them across many pages; and d) prints out a lot of other information that is not required as extra sheets. - Using the Production export to PDF is much better as the file sizes are smaller, it handles embedded objects as part of the parent, and seems to do a better job of printing Excel spreadsheets. However Production export to PDF produces one PDF file for each document. As you can imagine, this will result in 1500 PDF files or more! I have contacted Symantec tech support and they haven't provided any other solution. I am surprised that this hasn't been requested already, it would seem to be a standard type of deliverable for Clearwell. Does anyone out there have a solution?

PC Collection Include and Exclude
For PC Collection I really like the File Type Tab to include the certain file types, however i would also like to exclude certain file extensions from the collection. is it possible to do that? if it is point me in the right direction.

Freeing processing space
Hello - I am a new Clearwell user and I am currently collecting andprocessing data into sets which I then load into the Analysis/Review module where I am filtering them using search terms. After running the serch terms, I am creating EXL exports of search results. Now I have approached my license limit for processing and am wondering how to remove data from the Processing module that I've already done and, thus, free up some processing space. Also, can the XML exports that I've created be loaded back into the Analysis/Review module to be reviewed by others? Please advise. Thanks. Andrew
