Speeding up console
Is there any configuration changes we can make on the server side to speed up the console such as browsing the workspace? Browsing the workspace is pretty slow such as getting audit data or just getting permission info. The server is not running low on memory or CPU. We're running DI 4.0.

Integrating Data Insight With Enterprise Vault
Hello, I am attempting to integrate Data Insight with Enterprise Vault. On the Data Insight server I: Click on Settings. Click on Data Mangement. Enter the IP address of the EV server. I had used port 443 but I was having issues connecting the the EV server. Can you confirm that the port is 443? Cheers Cameron Mottus

DQL Report does not output to 1 file 5.0.1
I am using DI 5.0.1 and I am not able to have the DQL report to output to 1 single file. Is anyone else having this issue? I have a DQL query and when I am pulling some of the AD Attributes, it will separate the files. I even have put 'format user AS csv' at the end and it still puts it into multiple files. From user get name, principal_name, login, Home_directory, Department If Home_Directory not in ('nowhere') format user AS CSV; Please help!

Tracking who deleted a file or folder w/ Data Insight
Can I leverage Data Insight to track down who deleted a file or a folder? Use case: Someone calls the Helpdesk saying that Super Important folder is missing and they need to be able to access that folder. So I open up data insight and navigate to the filer and show who deleted that file? Or is this not a proper use case of the system?

Hello crew, I am wondering if this is possible at all to make Data Insight spit out a list of all the files a user has access to. The example: An employee is terminated so I want to submit a form that queries Data Insight and generates a listing of all the files I have permission to. Doable?

CA Database Schema - SQL Querying
Hi there - I am currently looking to build some custom SQLqueriesagainst the CA database but am struggling to understand the various tables and their relationships. Is anyone aware of where I can find a data relationship diagram, CA data model schema, or data dictionary to assist? As a temporary option, I am looking at the IntDiscoveredItems table which I understand are similar to the alerts produced when certain hotwords are hit. However I am unsure how to link this table back to the IntHotwordID table? Any help is much appreciated.

DA v9: Email attachments not exporting
Hello, A client is using Discovery Accelerator version 9 and is encountering the following problem: When exporting custodial mailboxes as PST files, email attachments over a certain size are not included within the resulting PST file export. There are only links to the email attachments within each individual email. The client looked at their Exchange server and exported the same PST file directly from Exchange, they encountered the same problem. So, I am thinking the root cause might be a policy setup in the Exchange environment and not DA? QUESTIONS: 1) What are the specific menu steps one may take to find email attachment policies currently in place, both within DA and Exchange? 2) Is one possible answer to restore large email attachments first before exporting PST files from DA? If yes, what tool (DA or Exchange) would be used to restore large email attachments? 3) Where are these large email attachments currently physically housed? Many thanks for your help and guidance.

Access to research folder of ex-employee
Hi, One of user needs to access a research folder created by co-worker who already left the company.Even with administrator permission, we are not able to access the role assignment tab to change the permission.As far as I know, only the folder owner can change the permission.But in our case, since the folder owner already left the company, we are left with no option. Is there anyway to achieve this or does this require an enhancement from symantec?
