CA Database Schema - SQL Querying
Hi there - I am currently looking to build some custom SQLqueriesagainst the CA database but am struggling to understand the various tables and their relationships. Is anyone aware of where I can find a data relationship diagram, CA data model schema, or data dictionary to assist? As a temporary option, I am looking at the IntDiscoveredItems table which I understand are similar to the alerts produced when certain hotwords are hit. DA v9: Email attachments not exporting
Hello, A client is using Discovery Accelerator version 9 and is encountering the following problem: When exporting custodial mailboxes as PST files, email attachments over a certain size are not included within the resulting PST file export. There are only links to the email attachments within each individual email. The client looked at their Exchange server and exported the same PST file directly from Exchange, they encountered the same problem. So, I am thinking the root cause might be a policy setup in the Exchange environment and not DA? QUESTIONS: 1) What are the specific menu steps one may take to find email attachment policies currently in place, both within DA and Exchange? 2) Is one possible answer to restore large email attachments first before exporting PST files from DA? If yes, what tool (DA or Exchange) would be used to restore large email attachments? 3) Where are these large email attachments currently physically housed? Access to research folder of ex-employee
Hi, One of user needs to access a research folder created by co-worker who already left the company.Even with administrator permission, we are not able to access the role assignment tab to change the permission.As far as I know, only the folder owner can change the permission.But in our case, since the folder owner already left the company, we are left with no option. Is it possible to apply a "based on search" to all nested departments? We have elected to structure our Departments by sales channel with nested departmentsby manager within the channel. Generally, each nested department contains the same search criteria (different monitored employees). It would gain efficiency if a "based on search" could be used for all nested departments. Is there a way to see ALL searches made in Discovery Accelerator
Hi, Is there a way to see or audit ALL searches made in Discovery Accelerator (I am using 10.0.4)? I have had a look in the SQL database for DA, but that only seems to show what searches were accepted/saved with a case. Hi , I have a requirement to prepare a report on total no of items reviewed, pending and questioned for one employee in compliance accelerator. I checked the inbuilt CA report " Evidence of exchange(internal) review by employee " , but it displays all the columns as "0". Later, I came to know that CA report only displays messages from random sampling and not from immediate or scheduled searches and review. Hi , I have EV 10.0.4 deployed, and have Journal archiving enabled (Exchange 2010). On top of that I have Discovery Accelerator 10 installed. My question is around search, in partiular, can it do the types of searches that are listed below:- 1) Document Metadata searches: So if you right click on a word document, and select the Details tab, would a DA search find any of the information there ? 2) Regular expressions search Can searching use regular expressions, so for instance can I search for National Insurance numbers, which are in the following format:- <letter><letter><number1><number2><number3><number4><numbe5r><>number6<letter>, such as AB123456P I don't need to find a particular NI number, but would like to find ALL occurances of NI numbers, ie any occurance of <letter><letter><number1><number2><number3><number4><numbe5r><>number6<letter>? In the same way as that I would want to check for credit card numbers, which is a something like 4 sets of 4 numbers Any help would be appreciated regards Jim788Views0likes3Comments
