Speeding up console
Is there any configuration changes we can make on the server side to speed up the console such as browsing the workspace? Browsing the workspace is pretty slow such as getting audit data or just getting permission info. The server is not running low on memory or CPU. We're running DI 4.0.

DQL Report does not output to 1 file 5.0.1
I am using DI 5.0.1 and I am not able to have the DQL report to output to 1 single file. Is anyone else having this issue? I have a DQL query and when I am pulling some of the AD Attributes, it will separate the files. I even have put 'format user AS csv' at the end and it still puts it into multiple files. From user get name, principal_name, login, Home_directory, Department If Home_Directory not in ('nowhere') format user AS CSV; Please help!

Error -- # of files in indexer is constantly above threshold
Running Data Insight 5.0 and one my management server I am receiving the following notificaiton: "The # of files in indexer/err is constantly above threshold." Can someone help me out? Doing a google search showed up in issue in a previous version of DI but didn't mention how to fix it. Can someone help me out? Thanks, Jonathan

Tracking audit files
How does one determine where an audit file that is stuck in the err folder? The name has the format audit_cifs_... Is there away to use that 5 digit number that follows the cifs_ to know which filer it originated?

High amount of backlog on Indexer
My client has an indexer that has over 30GB in backlog audit files located in the inbox. I have done some digging and found the commd0.0err log, this shows numerous errors. These errors range from "files could not be consumed in batch mode", to "report execution failed" to "status update failed to config. None or more than one migration running for device" Until recently this indexer had over 70 filers attached to it. That number has been reduced to 50, but the backlog has failed to diminish.

Indexer configuration
I am looking at one of the indexers deployed within my client's environment and in "C:\Program Files\Symantec" the file is empty. This indexer is running slow and has over a 30GB backlog in the inbox. Are these related? What is the best way to fix this issue?

DI configuration modification
Is it possible to modify the configuration of the DI environment to monitor filers in a cluster as individual servers? Large environment with DFS clusters, needing to monitor the servers in the clusters as individual servers to allow Data at Rest to use the DI information for share size.

Data Insight Symantec DLP link in incidents
Hello all, We are in the middle of a Symantec DLP / Data Insight integration at the moment. Right now we are in early phase 1 data aquisition. Currently I have gone through all the steps to connect/test connections from DLP to DI and import proper certs and such and the test connects are succeeding. However, during review of incidents with the client they noticed the "Go to Data Insight Console" Clicking on it simply takes you to a browser warning page. I imported the cert into IE but then it only takes us to the Data Insight login page. Within the link there seems to be additional redirect information its trying to pass and the customer says they were told it provides a link to the Filer/File information of that incident. Is this the case? When I do a properties of that link its https://ms240dlpins01.XXXXX.XX/_redirect?filer_name=MS240CORP07&share_name=E%24&path_name=%2FSSCS-MASPRC%2FBSCC%20Pricing%20Archived%20PST%20Files%2F2008%2FFarrar%202008%20N%20-%20Z.pst&object_type=file&page_type=data_owner&client=dlp%40MS240DLPENF01.XX.XXX.net If so is there any other additional docs other than the admin guide that step through getting that to work? Attaching a screenshot of where its located. If its only a link going to the Console login why does it try to pass additional redirect info? I also tried this while logged in and it still only directs to console. Thank you, Nathan
