Latest Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-In Download
Hi! This may not be the right place for this question, but where can I download the latest version of the Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-In? We have licensing, etc., but I've searched all over the site with no luck. Also tried calling Symantec customer service, which was honestly a nightmare, and I never got an answer. Difference between Differential Inc backup and Cumulative Inc backup.

User unable to view Archive Explorer / Search Vaults in Outlook
Hi, I have a user who support have reinstalled EV and even Outlook, but still can't get it to work with Vault. The Archive Explorer or Search buttons just give a white page with no data on it. In Outlook, archived emails shows as stubs in the inbox works fine. From IE, I am able to open searchvaults without issue. So the problem with with Outlook accessing the EV web sites. Outlook 2016 (office 365) / EV-Addin 12.0.0.1528: MSPTLS.dll is not compatible with MS Outlook
Hi Guys, Outlook 2016 - Ofifce 365 - Version 16.0.6965.2092 EV-Addin Version 12.0.0.1528 - With EV Cache Mode and Enabled Virtual Vault Exchange 2010 Version 14.3.123.4 EV-Server 12.0.0.1528 After starting Outlook 2016 on Windows 7 Clients, directly an error message pops up: "MSPTLS.dll is not compatible with Outlook" like described in https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000116342 Can anyone explain the error and how to fix it, workarounds with disabling EV-Addin or roll-back Office Updates is not very well. The image of EV should be getting better with EV and Virtual Vault, now the image at user side is decreasing more and more.Solved12KViews0likes4Comments
EV Outlook Add-In could not establish a connection to your Exchange Mailbox
After installing the 10.0.4 Oulook add-in on multiple machines, I receive the following error every time a user logs into Windows: "Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-In could not establish a connection to your Exchange Mailbox. Restart Outlook and, if the same error occurs repeatedly, call your helpdesk." I suspect that it comes up when Lync is starting. Otherwise, it seems to function properly. Any ideas? Good afternoon, I am working with a client who has been having an issue where her enteprise vault tab is missing from Outlook 2013. Client setup: Windows 7 x64 Outlook 2013 32-bit in Online mode with one shared mailbox, and three "opened" PSTs attached (two old calendars and one archive of deleted items). Client's online mailbox is the default delivery location. Enterprise Vault Client 10.0.3 add-in. Server Setups: Exchange 2010 EV 9* (not sure of exact version yet) *We have not updated the enterprise vault on the server side because we only use it to access items previously vaulted, and are no longer adding items to the vaults. Issue: Enterprise Vault Tab not appearing in Outlook 2013, add-in shows enabled, and Tab cannot be added back to the ribbon through customization Troubleshooting steps taken: Created new outlook profile Reinstalled EV Client Repaired Office 2013 Configured the Exchange Desktop Policy \ Advanced \ Outlook \ Remove PST Entries = 0 (was set to 1). [This just enabled, have not verified it's fixed it yet -- but this is labeled as a "workaround"] Discoveries: A new profile worked until I added the PST files back to the client's profile. When Outlook was re-opened after adding them, the tab disappeared. Hi, i Need help to resolve these error when I try to configure the Deduplication Invalid command parameter rdsm has encountered an issue with sts where the server was not found: getstorage serverinfo My Enviroment is: Master Server: Windows Server 2008 64 bits Media Server: RedHat 6 64 bits. The las week I did the instalation of NEB 7.5 on the Media Server ( RedHat) and I did the Upgrade to NBU 7.5.0.7 and was succesfully. I dont know if these error is for Licence problems, How could validate if the license was installed correctly during the Installation of netbackup. I tried fix these problem with other tips in other pages but the error continue. SomeOne have the way to fix these problem. User Keeps getting prompted for Credentials (Enterprise Vault)
I have mulitple users that will randomly get prompted to enter there credentials for enterprise vault.
