Clearwell Privilege Logs
The documentation for the Clearwell Platform states: Privilege log: Clearwell automatically creates a privilege log of all privileged documents for opposing counsel’s review. Users have the flexibility to select which fields to include in the report, such as document ID, custodian, to, from, subject, title, and reason codes and can produce the report in CSV format. However, we can find nothing in the actual user guides (either administration or reviewer) that indicates just how you go about actually producing this "automatic" privilege log. We have the "reports" feature, but of couse this is not a privilege log and has none of the options described above. Can any one tell us what we are missing or doing wrong? Hi, I am adding a collection to a case and the total hits and collected items in the collection results of the job log are not the same, and it is saying zero items errored. ie: 14,515 total hits, 14,505 items collected, 0 errors. I would be expecting 10 errors?897Views0likes3CommentsSearching for terms that contain an apostrophe in Clearwell
I am having difficulty searching for terms that contain an apostrophe in Clearwell. For example, I want to look for the word "fed's" throughout the data set. I know that Clearwell treats an apostrophe as a trim character and will only return the word "fed". Is there a way to return the words that contain the apostrophe or do I need to change how Clearwell handles the apostrophe?Solved727Views0likes3CommentsClearwell not processing corrupt email files
Currently using Clearwell eDiscovery Platform version 7.1.5. I added new data to the source data and discovered new files for source and some PST files were corrupt. I replaced the corrupt PST files with files that are fixed and those files are now shown as to be processed in the Manage Sources tab. I then performed the start processing without discovery and now these file sare still shown as "To be processed". How can I get these PST files to process and reflect that in the Manage Sources tab?609Views0likes2CommentsReviewing only emails between two specific parties
Attorney wants only to see emails between two parties, doesn't want to see all emails sent and received by two custodians. I have a process to do this but it is time consuming and wanted to know if Clearwell has an option in Advanced Search or some other manner of culling just these emails.435Views0likes1CommentCollecting From PC - Windows Sessions
Hello. Two Windows sessions are established on the target machine when collecting from a Windows PC. One of the sessions is the account the collection task was set to use. It is the second session I'm not able to figure out. Thought it might be one of the Clearwell services but it is not. So I am trying to find the origin of the second account. Thank you.623Views0likes2Comments
