CW Redaction set question
Is there a way to copy a redaction set (even if on the back end by a Symantec engineer). we need to do one of two opeions:Produce a set of redacted files with transparency to read the redacted text and highlighted in yellow; OR copy a redaction set that has been created by the client so we preserve the exact set and then share the one of the redaction sets with a 3rd party for approval on the redacted items. thanks for any information on the above!Solved625Views2likes1CommentNew to Clearwell..preprocessing question
I am very new to Clearwell. I have been trying to get through it by using the documentation and trial and error. I am running into a situation where I have psts that are reporting as not having write access. According to the documentation, the psts and nsfs must be write enabled in order to process through Clearwell. Our IT person did tweak the permissions. My question is how do you re-preprocess? I ran them through processing with discovery but it looks like that didn't help. Is there a way to make these actually process? And besides the little bar graphic is there any way to verify that they have done so. I haven't had much luck searching for the items in the review platform. thank you in advance939Views1like3CommentsClearwell Privilege Logs
The documentation for the Clearwell Platform states: Privilege log: Clearwell automatically creates a privilege log of all privileged documents for opposing counsel’s review. Users have the flexibility to select which fields to include in the report, such as document ID, custodian, to, from, subject, title, and reason codes and can produce the report in CSV format. However, we can find nothing in the actual user guides (either administration or reviewer) that indicates just how you go about actually producing this "automatic" privilege log. We have the "reports" feature, but of couse this is not a privilege log and has none of the options described above. Can any one tell us what we are missing or doing wrong?
