Your server administrator has limited the number of items you can open simultaneously
Users are getting te following msg: Your server administrator has limited the number of items you can open simultaneously. Try closing messages you have opened or removing attachments and images from unsent messages you are composing and in exchange events I see : MAPI session (user) exceeded the maximum of 250 objects of type "objmessage". I found this https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/your-server-administrastor-has-limited-number-items-you-can-open-simultaneously but the links are broken and they are saying that there is a fix for 9.0.1. Missing Index Items
I wonder if anyone has a fix for missing index items on EV 10 SP4 archiving email and files,having just one EV server. When I run Verify on the indexes I get a small list of mailboxes and File System that have missing items. Unable to open archive items in Enterprise Vault Integrated Search
EV version: 10.0.1 OS: Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise ------------------------------------------------- Got this error message when trying to open all archive items in EV integrated search on EV server "could not show this item. try again. if it still fails,contact your help desk. the handle is invalid" The strange thing is if Outlook (2007) is running, the archive can be displayed without issue. So, that means Outlook must be running for the archive items to be click open successfully. I tried going to the direct url : http://evserver/enterprisevault/searcho2k.asp and the issue is the same. Hi all, when someone has a shared mailbox open in their Outlook, they are unable to open archived items in that mailbox, even if they have full permissions. Opening the message brings up a banner that says; "This item has been archived by Enterprise Vault Click here to view the original item" Clicking on that does nothing. "Allow Script in Shared Folders" is set to 'Force On' in all desktop policies (has always been like that). Hello there, We have one AD/Exchange Organization spanning multiple physical sites enabled for archiving with EV. Are you aware if you can use one EV server as proxy for OWA/OA access across two sites part of the same EV Directory. Dear All, I got the warnning about SQL tables have one or more indexes with a fragmentation level of more than 30%. What should I do? To rebuild index in SQL server? Hi Archiving email is working fine in our environment, but one mailbox is getting the warning message. I have tried disablingthe mailbox for vault archivingand re-enabling, resetting the vault agent permission on the mailbox. Reset the users outlook and tried a new profile. There are some users that access all to the same account (secondary), but when they open an archived email (Outlook 2010) they do not see the attachments.
