Scan failed exit code: 263
Hello. I have a server OS Win Srv 2012r2 with Data Insight Version 4.5.0.4800. Connected with an agent Filer OS Win Srv 2012r2 with Shared Folder. The account from which the scans are the most rights to the maximum level of the file system and shared folder. This scan is completed failed - exit code: 263. The Internet description of the error has been found. Please help with the solution. Thank you.

Listing contents of folder counts as READ for all files
When user lists contens of some folder, Data Insight generates READ event for all files in that folder. Is it normal? Maybe there is any way to fix it? Because it's not very informative, for example, if we have data owner policy whoch counts read+write events, and some user frequently opens shared folder, he becomes Inferred owner of all files in that folder, not only those he uses.

High memory utilization on agent after DI scan
Is it typical for an agent to have the memory pegged after a DI scan has been completed? I have a Windows 2008 R2 Fileserver that has the memory consistently high at 96% (9.6GB of 10GB utilized) during and after a DI scan. Before the scan, there was 6.6GB of 10GB memory available. It would seem that the memory doesn't free up and a reboot of the agent is the fix. DI server/agent - 3.0.1.2511(30RU1)
