Boot Wizard and USB
Symantec, I just purchased a few Optiplex 9030 computer with an Intel 1217 Ethernet Network Drivers The goal is to create a bootable USB using Ghost Boot Wizard. So I followed these instrutions videohttp://www.symantec.com/connect/videos/adding-nic-and-sata-drivers-windows-pe However, I am not able add the drivers into the database; consequently, creating a bootable usb. I keep getting this error:Failed to import driver, Failed to find any drivers to add. I looked in your support track but not finding a solution Ideas ? the files where extracted: When extracting the Intel drivers I get only 3 files a MUP Package and Setup ??? Why cant we add drivers ??? OR

Hi. This is my first time posting in this forum. I have recently encountered afew adwares on my office and personal pc. I have done many things and i ended up with my pc being faster again but with an server execution error. Whenever i startup my computer, installservices64 would give me server execution error. Another thing is that when i right click and choose Personalize or Screen resolution, the server execution error would show up again. Lastly, when i press the start button and go to PC settings, it would hang and crash eventually. I am guessing there is a missing registry or some settings behind deleted by the virus. PLEASE HELP!
DLO 7.6 // no autostart possible on win 8.1 machines
Hi @ all, in our company domain we have several laptop computers with clean installation of windows 8.1 pro (x64). On this machines DLO agent(productversion = "7.6" -buildversion = "76593a")areinstalled and our issue is that the DLO agent isnot starting automaticly when a user login. Via the task manager we already enabledthe autostart function for DLO and set the UAC to minimum level,but nothing changed since rebooted and sign in again. We do NOT have this issue on machines that runnig Windows 7. Please help us to solve this issue, many thanks.

Hello All, I already read the article: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH215522and I checked all items mentioned on it (all are OK and I had not add or change anything of those), but the error still appears. Do you have another workaround about this inconvenience? DLO is 7.6 (migrated from 7.0) OS: Windows 2008 R2 (64bit) SQL: SQL 2008 R2 Express Edition x86 (32bit) Thanks in advance, Ale
DLO Incremental PST backup error MAPI
- DLO 7.6 - Outlook 2010 Enable incremental backup of PST; i have this error: Backup - d:\xxx\xxx.com.pst\Drafts\000000005CA9FC64574ED0419388C23C3E89B0A0249C3300 - Mapi resource error. This could be a network, disk space, or out of memory problem. Retry the operation. (8004010f) (MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND ) Local and Network space is enough, LAN Network is OK. Any idea about this problem?
