DLO 9.0 Crash when restoring
Hello, I have some problem with DLO agent. I'm trying to restore differente files (.pst and excel files) but each time i try, the DLO Agent crash without any error message... I succesfully estore the file by choosing an old revision of the file. I have this issue with multiple laptop. Something strange, I tried to restore one of the PST files that was causing problems directly on the server at this time it worked. Someone can help on this ? Thanks in advance !1.3KViews0likes1CommentMacintosh DLO Agent unable to authenticate
I'm evaluating DLO 9 tohopefullyupgrade our DLO 7 server and consolidate our Windows and Mac backups. However, Ihave been unable to get the Mac DLO agent to launch successfully. It installs fine and can find the DLO server but it always comesback with an "Unable to Authenticate User" error when I try to log in. As far as I can tell all network barriers have been removed and I am having no problems on the Windows side. All of the troubleshooting info I've found says that it's the result of an incorrect password but I havetested it on several machines withabout a dozen known-good accounts with no luck. Both clients and server aremembers of the same Active Directory so I'm not sure what's going on.1KViews0likes1CommentDLO 9.0 Delta File Transfer + Revisions on NUDF
Hello! We recently install DLO 9.0 andwe try to configure a profile in the best way. But we have some difficulty understanding some choice... We have some questions about the configuration of PST backup : - If we check Delta File Transfer, it's seems that the number of revisiondoesn't count. Is it right? - The delta files will be merged after a while? (Depend of the revisions age ?) I am trying to add a location to be backed up in a special profile. I really dont care if I can enter this particular path. I just want to backup the data in the location without creating a special profile for each user individually. But here is what I tried below: The location is: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache and/or %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\ I get a message that location is not valid when I try to use %USERPROFILE% or %localappdata%. Excerpt snipped from https://www.slipstick.com/outlook/email/understanding-outlooks-autocomplete-cache-nk2/ below: Outlook 2010 and 2013 does not use the NK2file; it stores the autocompletecachein the mailbox or data file and caches the addresses in an autocomplete stream at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache. You can type or paste %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache in the address bar of Windows Explorer then press Enter to open the folder location where the cache is stored in a file named Stream_Autocomplete_0_[long GUID].dat.1KViews0likes0Comments
