Backup of Enterprise Vault Index Snapshots?
Hi folks, I need to backup the (new in EV 14.2) index snapshots in their extra location (no more Index 1-8), but the Agent does not recognize the path as belonging to the EV resource ("Directory on <SQL Server/Instance>"). The docs are vague and only say you need to backup the snapshots. I tried adding the location path to the backup job, but that didn't work. I am a bit disappointed in the developers that they didn't include the new indexing structure in the Agent. What I am looking for is a guide to how to make sure the snapshot backups are in sync with the EV backup via the agent. Regards, Bert
