Symantec Error Reporting Has Stopped Working.
Hello, We are getting the following window continually popping up on a computer of ours which indicates: "Symantec Error Reporitng Has Stopped Working. A problem caused the program to have stop working. Windows has closed the program and will notify you if the solution is available" We are running Windows Vista. Any thoughts? Thansk in advance!
Problem updating a theme/resource in workflow designer 7.1
Hi, I created a new theme and tried adding it under the resource section, but when I published the project, the theme doesn't apply. It seems to work fine when I validate, but somehow a path issue comes up and I get an error message later on saying that the resource cannot be found. I noticed that the other resources are saved relatively, but somehow I can't seem to find out how to do this for the theme. Here are the steps I did: - Select main project on left pane - Select Resources tab on right pane - Click "add" and select theme - Selected a subfolder under the current project name Thank you!

Don't listen to "The Customer Hold the Longest. is X min. It goes up and down and noone ever answers.
Unable Access Second Partition After Formatting Primary Partition
I recently had fully encrypted hard disk (Toshiba mq01abd075), operating system (Windows 7 Professional), two partition. C (146 GB) and D (548 GB) and 4 GB Unallocated space. I ran the system restore for partition C, after which I was unable to access the operating system. I reinstalled the operating system partition C. I installed PGP WDE, when I entered in the program, partition D does not appear to be decrypted. Partition D appears in My Computer (0 bytes), in computer management at disk management appear 548 GB RAW. If I double click on it ask me for Format, but i've never click Yes, so the second partition was never touch after the problem.After this I reinstalled twice the OS. Now I have windows 8.1 but stil,but still I have not touch the second partition. I've tried to decrypt the drive with a few tutorials such as(WinPE and put the hard disk as second partition): http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH170574 http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH149478 Give me various errors suchs as: "Could not locate valid BGFS record. Recovey failed! Operation recover disk failed: Error code -11984 item not found" or "Disk 1 is not instrumented by bootguard" and others. I know was my fault. Please give me a solution. We are recieving scattered reports that our website is being flaged as containing a virus. For some reason, Symantec's "Norton Internet Security" software is flagging WAFTB's website as a malicious site and is therefore preventing access to it by those who have the Norton Internet Security product installed on their computers. I am not sure what is causing Symantec to do this. There is probably a setting that users of the product can change to allow themselves access to worldaccessfortheblind.org and bypass the security check, but I am not sure how to do it as I have never used Norton Internet Security myself. We would need to contact Symantec and request that they remove WAFTB's domain name from their list of malicious sites and find out why it was blacklisted in the first place. I am trying to find out what we must do to satisfy Symantec's need for a clean website. We are not unwilling to make the necessary chagnes but we need to know what it was about our website that was wrong. Der Status der SEP (Client) aktualisiert sich nicht mehr automatisch, obwohl ich regelmäßig das Live Update manuell ausführe und ebefalls Systemchecks durchführe. Der Status bleibt immer bei old virus definition :-( Beispielbild, wie es sein sollte: Was kann ich tun, hat jemand eine Idee? Danke im Voraus. Bg
Symantec Installation Manager - Install and Update
Hello Trying to install a trialware version of the IT Management Suite. I have downloaded the Symantec Installation Manager to attempt to complete this process and when I install and then launch it, it needs to update. When I select the 'Upfate Now' it then asks for contact details. When I complete these it tells me I am unauthorised to download the updated version. On searching the internet there could be numerous reasons for this, but one possibility (TECH41505) is that it is cross referencing the details that I am entering with the account I created before downloading the Symantec Installation Manager. Can someone confirm if these are the details that is checking against, or suggest other lines of investigation I could use. FYI, I am trying to install on a virtual server with a 64-bit version of Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated Stevie
