Vaulted emails and delegations
Hi. We have users who receive delegation to other users emails. Our domain policy is vaulting the emails after 90 days. When the user goes into the vaulted emails that have been vaulted under someone else's username, they are not able to download the attachments. It seems like the text is viewable, but not the attachments - which is a big deal because a lot of what we do is being emailed to us in either pdf or jpg format. We are using Ent Vault v10.2. Even when the user is given the permissions on the exchange server for delegation AND permission to open the vaulted item, they still cannot get the attachment. Has anyone else seen this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Entervault 2007 sp5 FSA can not retrieve file from nbu to netapp
Hi sir now i have a problem with EV 2007 and NetApp Filer , my environment as following EV and NBU install on the same server : Windows 2003 Enterprice (32bit) Enterprise Vault Version : EV 2007 SP5 NetBackup : NBU 6.5 MP5 NetApp OnTap : 7.2.5 Description : I use enterprise vault 2007 FSA to archive file on Netapp storage and use NBU to migrate arcived file to Tape , and leave shortcut (placeholder) on the netapp filer . now I try to retrieve files from shortcut but failed , someone can help me ? thanks

File Archiving task suddenly stops proccessing any folders ?
we are running Enterprise Vault version 9.0.2 on 3x Windows server 2003. we run 5 file archiving tasks, 4 of which run and process files / folders no problem. however, 1 of the tasks has stopped proccessing any folders, when i check the status tab the results are all zero. any help would be much appreciated, cheers,

Is there anyone willing to share their EV Implementation experience
Hi, We are in the process of implementing EV. I was wonderingif there is anyone out there that would be willing to provide us some insight as to their experience implementing the product? We would also be able to provide information as far as our experience to date. Thanks
