Does anyone use Discovery Accelerator to search iManage?
Does anyone know if it's possible to use Discovery Acclerator/EV to search and review files saved in a document managment system (we use iManage)? Discovery Accelerator SSRS reports problem - Event ID 405
Hi Running EV 9.0.2 + DA/CA 9.0.2 We have an ongoing issue with DA reporting ever since we moved to new hardware (from 2003 to 2008R2). DA reporting used to work perfectly in the old environment. Now when I try to run a report in DA, I get this event logged on the DA server: Event ID 405 APP AS - Customer ID: 2 - An error occurred retrieving the report snapshots. System.FormatException: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime. at System.DateTimeParse.Parse(String s, DateTimeFormatInfo dtfi, DateTimeStyles styles) at KVS.Accelerator.Application.SSRS_Reports.GetReportSnapshots() I can connect to the reporting server fine in the DA client, but when I create a new report, nothing seems to happen in the client, but if I browse the reporting server (e.g. http://myserver/DA_Reporting) I can see my report there OK. CA reporting works fine via the client EXCEPT if the client is started as the service account. For DA, it doesn't work if we start it with the service account, or another account that has rights in DA. I have a case logged with Symantec but we're not making much progress. Usually if this happens in the organization I get an exclamation mark in the column Synchronize and the new account is visible as well. If I open the old custodian entry all information is grey and cannot be changed. But I see a button at the bottom of the page called Reactivate. So I'm interested if this button will help me. But I couldn't find any information in all kind of manuals as well as in the knowledgebase.Any diea if this will help to solve the issue? What will happen if I press the "Reactivate" button? Or does somebody know how I can import the information from the new AD account that didn't get imported? This issue is only in the PROD environment. No Vaults in Discovery Accelerator
Hallo everyone, I can't create cased in DA. It can't find any Vault Stores. Transitioning from BCC Journaling to Envelop Journaling - Seeking Actual Experiences
Hi - we're looking to move from BCC Journaling to Envelop Journalinginto EV where we use CA and DA. We've been using BCC Journaling for quite a while, but I understand that BCC is not available in the new version of Exchange. I'm looking for anyone that has already made this transition. Finding Lync Message in DA 9.0
Hi all I have a question regarding finding Journaled Lync message in DA. Tool in use: Symantec Enterprise Vault Discover Accelerator 9.0, Microsoft Lync 2010. All Lync messages are stored within the users Mailbox in a folder called "Conversation History". Following scenario: Finding the Lync conversation between Person A, Person B. The problem is: The Lync conversations are stored as an e-mail. The field "To" is replaced with "Participants" and the field "From" adds the person who started the conversation. The field "participants" shows the two participants who have communicated with eachother. Now my question: I need to search the Lync conversation between Person A and Person B.
