How do I completely uninstall/reinstall Symantec System Recovery 2013?
I want to completely uninstall SSR 2013, including all past drive links, any and all visible or hidden registry entries; exe, bat, msconfig,...whatever other executables, and then reinstall a completely fresh installation? All using my currently downloaded SSR 2013, registered and "paid for" package? Thansks, www.w2agz.com
SSR 2013 R2 Installation through SIM
Hi I am attemtping to install SSR 2013 R2 Management Solution through SIM. I have installed Symantec Installation Manager and upgraded to 7.6.75 but when I try to install new products Symantec System Recovery 2013 R2 Management solution is not listed. I have updated the product list which didn't help. Upon examination of the XML package downloaded, for the product list, nothing islisted that references SSR2013 R2 management. Any help appreciated
Symantec Management Platform 7.5
I am trying to install SSR 2013 R2 SP3 on a Windows 2012 server. The Symantec management platform upgraded from 7.5 to 7.6 during its install. When I try to install SSR it tells me that system management platform 7.5 is required to continue with install. Anyone have a solution? Thanks in Advance
Trying to deploy SSR 2013 R2 from server
I am in Symantec management console and I am trying to deploy SSR 2013 R2 to our users. I was able to deploy the management agents, but I can't quite figure out how to deploy the 2013 package to the computers.Ifthere is a good walkthrough of this, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
