Support for IBM Power 8 server
Hi All, Client hasrecently migrated SAP Hana from Intel box to IBM Power 8 server andoperating system is - SUSE Linux Enterprise server 11 SP4 running on IBM power server for Hana . Upgrade 10.0.4 to 11.0.1 (cu1) additional diskspaces needed for indexing etc?
Hi, Now that the Search engine has been completely newly designed in 11.0.1 version - does it require/use more space for indexing or any other part that I should prepair for? The disks are quite full so propably will need to add some anyway... Any additional tips / useful information along the usual preinstallation guideabout upgrading the EV system? Oralce VM (Ldom)Use Vxvm volume as a boot disk for guest domain Fail
I try to use Vxvm volume as a boot disk for gust domain. After i assist a volume as a boot disk and boot this guest domain. It show NOTICE: vdisk@0 disk access failed And i can't install guest domain. This is how i assist volume: vxassist -g vmdg make bootdisk-vol 50g ldm add-vdiskserverdevice /dev/vx/dsk/vmdg/bootdisk-vol bootdisk-vol@primary-vds0 ldm add-vdisk vdisk bootdisk-vol@primary-vds0 vcs1 Did i miss any step?2KViews1like4Comments

DLP Architecture
I have a confusion about the architecture of the DLP. The Network Prevent (Email and web) can be on the same server as the Network Monitor? The Endpoint Discover and Prevent are on a server or installed on the agent and the component in the Enforce? In the three-tier enforce suggested in a server, the database on another server and the detection which would go (Network components including Monitor Network and Endpoint components)?. I have a fully updated CCS V11 installation and want to add VMware data collection to it. The CCS V11installation guide suggests that I need the BV Information Server for VMware component to be installed. It also points me to the V10.5 installation guide on how to install the required components. The installation procedure however has been updated significantly in V11 and does not not mimic the older versions. Using the CCS suite installer of V11 I cannot install the BV Information Server components, moreover it looks like they are already installed by default. What is the correct approach for setting up VMware data collection, what additional components are required to be installed?
