BACKUP EXEC SYSTEM RECOVERY MS 2010 ERROR BACKUP

Backup Exec System Recovery 2010 Management Solution Agent deployment issues
I have Backup Exec System Recovery 2010 Management Solution installed on a Windows Server 2003 R2 x86 computer. I have downloaded every possible update from the Symantec Installation Manager. I can ping /a the computer, the ADMIN$ share is accessible, firewall is turned off, but I cannot push the Altiris Agent and therefore cannot install the Backup Exec System Recovery 2010 Plugin or Client. All workstation are Windows 7 with some x86 and x64. Please advise, Niles
