Partnerstatus SMB bekommen
Hallo, wir sind bisher "Registered Partner". Wir haben im Partnernet die SSE und die SSE+ Prüfungen erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Wir haben auch die Bestätigungsmail für die abgeschlossenen Prüfungen bekommen. Allerdings ist unser Partnerstatus immer noch "Registered Partner". Wie können wir den Partnerstatus SMB bekommen? We successful complete SSE and SSE+ and received the mail ongetting Symantec Sales Expert and Symantec Sales Expert Plus. I have logged into my symantec and logged three cases. When I go back to my support portal these case numbers do not refelect under my account. When I select manage existing cases it gives me the message that I need to fill in particulars for a support portal upgrade. I would like to ask that previously i was working with Symantec Partner and i have an account on Symantec forums and i earned some points as well. Now i have switch the job and working with another symantec partner so my new id is associated with Symantec forum. is there any way that i can transfer my points from my previous id to this id.
