Error Recalling from Secondary Storage
Hi, I'm getting an error recalling some files from secondary storage. The error is event id 6882 Unable to complete retrieval request Failed to access file 'J:\Enterprise Vault Stores\EVstore01 Ptn5\2017\12-18\2\059\2059DB30C999293B54DA0D133FB8AC81~2D~6E9D4CD1~00~1.DVSSP'. Reason: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002) Operation: READ Reference: CNTFSStorageDeviceReader::LoadFile The files exists in the CAB file in secondary storage. I can successfully recall the file if I manually copy the DVSSP file from the CAB into the location in the error. So the CAB and DVSSP file isn't corrupt. Recall E-Mails
Hello, is there a possability to recall E-Mail Objects which are placeholders (similar to FSA Tool fsautility.exe with parameters -b -s) in users mailboxes? We have decided to migrate to Exchange Online, were the users need their E-Mails all in one place. We are using EV 12.2.3. Best regards and thanks Alex
FSA Bulk Recall Slow / Queued - Stop process?
I am currently running a bulk recall of files through FSAUtility in order to migrate them to another server. The process has been running fine until last night when it appeared to stop migrating files. I am using the fsautility command with -t -s \\Source -d \\Target -f -l 0 I attempted to re-run a folder but the XML logs stated that the files are already queued however they have not yet been migrated. I therefore tested a folder I have not yet migrated and getting the number of files is extremely slow, has been running for 20 minutes and has queued 5 files so far. Any suggestions on this would be much appreciated as I can't find any service that relates to this or any details on how to stop the existing recalls and clear the queue. Thanks in advance.
