Unable Access Second Partition After Formatting Primary Partition
I recently had fully encrypted hard disk (Toshiba mq01abd075), operating system (Windows 7 Professional), two partition. C (146 GB) and D (548 GB) and 4 GB Unallocated space. I ran the system restore for partition C, after which I was unable to access the operating system. I reinstalled the operating system partition C. I installed PGP WDE, when I entered in the program, partition D does not appear to be decrypted. Partition D appears in My Computer (0 bytes), in computer management at disk management appear 548 GB RAW. If I double click on it ask me for Format, but i've never click Yes, so the second partition was never touch after the problem.After this I reinstalled twice the OS. Now I have windows 8.1 but stil,but still I have not touch the second partition. I've tried to decrypt the drive with a few tutorials such as(WinPE and put the hard disk as second partition): http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH170574 http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH149478 Give me various errors suchs as: "Could not locate valid BGFS record. Recovey failed! Operation recover disk failed: Error code -11984 item not found" or "Disk 1 is not instrumented by bootguard" and others. I know was my fault. Please give me a solution. Symantec Time Line
Hi, I have the original installation floppy discs and manual for a program called "Symantec Time Line". Has anyone any idea where I can get the discs replaced as the installion file will not run in the 1.44 Floppy Disc Drive. I have tested the Floppy Drive by Formatting a spare empty 1.44 disc, which completed without any errors. "Time Line" is a Project Management Program much like the "MS Project" Program that allows a Project Manager to list People who are working on a Project and all types of work to be carried out and a deadline for the work to be completed, etc. Any help would be must appriceated. Sorry if I have selected the wrong Communityand Product as Time Line is not available to select. Regards, Leslie.
Symantec endpoint protection manager 11
Dear All We have Symantec endpoint protection manager in our organisation but we do not have back up files.Last week Server Hard disk has problem and we have installed new Symantec endpoint protection manager.But we do not have our updated list on SEPM. I have retrieve the old SEPM FOLDER from pROGRAM FILES and having sem5.db which is 0 kb and sem5.log having big size. Now we would like to configure new SEPM as old setup.Please guide me how to solve this issue. Want to retrieve all client list on SEPM and it should connect with my sepm.Please help me.

I have been running PGP Desktop whole disk encryption on my Sony Vaio notebook for over a year with no problems. Yesterday Windows Update installed updates to Windows 7 and now will not boot due to a corrupted or missing file. PGP login advanced says I am using version 10.0.3 (build 1). I downloaded the 10.0.3 recovery file from the website and burned it to a DVD usion Roxio. The laptop boots from the CD but when I type in the passphrase, I get the message "some requied files are missing or corrupted. You may be able to continue through the Advanced menu or recovery tool. Press any key to return..." What can I do to get my drive decrypted?
Ghost 32.exe- Application error
I'm getting an error when trying to image to a dell e6510 laptop. Error: The exception unknown software exception (0xc000000d) occured in the application at location 0x006238d. It's not giving the error on every machine only on specific ones. Can anyone help me with this issue?
