Does More than one Techn work at Symantec?????
1. NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE ANYWHERE AT SYMANTEC 2. YOUR PHONE SYSTEM IS REPORTING 1 MIN THEN OVER AN HOUR 3. I WAS ON HOLD OVER TWO HOURS 4. I HAVE ANOTHER ISSUE WITH BACKUP EXEC 5. EVEN YOUR SYMANTEC OPERATORS CANT GET THROUGH TO SUPPORT 6. MY ONLINE SUPPORT IS IN AN ORIENTAL LANGUAGE 7. YOUR ONLINE CHAT SUPPORT DOESNT WORK. NOONE IS THERE EITHER I've been on hold all morning. Don't listen to "The Customer Hold the Longest. is X min. It goes up and down and noone ever answers.
Phishing report
I'm getting reports from customers that indicate that symantec Norton is reporting our web site as a known fraudulent page, what is the procedure to obtain the information by which this report is being generated in order to start the process to remove our web site from this list. Could I please get some help?
I have been trying to restore an old computer ( it is still on dial up)so I can put it on DSL & update it. (Not this computer) I bought a virus protectorNorton Professional 2001 new, installed it, registered it but I can't download the huge updates on the dial up connection. Does Norton still provide a V Box installer to hold the updates for you? I stayed on line a couple days in a row for like 3-4 hours but when I lose the connection the update goes back to zero. I know Norton use to install a V Box to help and wondered if they still offered that or maybe something I don't know about to update this computer so I can continue to upgrade and get it on DSL. Any help would be appreciated. Or any place on this site that I can go to for support on this issuewould also be helpful.
Symantec Error Reporting Has Stopped Working.
Hello, We are getting the following window continually popping up on a computer of ours which indicates: "Symantec Error Reporitng Has Stopped Working.A problem caused the program to have stop working. Windows has closed the program and will notify you if the solution is available" We are running Windows Vista. Any thoughts? Thansk in advance!Ghost 32.exe- Application error
I'm getting an error when trying to image to a dell e6510 laptop. Error: The exception unknown software exception (0xc000000d) occured in the application at location 0x006238d. It's not giving the error on every machine only on specific ones. Can anyone help me with this issue?
