How to generate a report on all Backup jobs/policies with schedule,start time and retention
Dear All, We have recently implemented Netbackup 7.5 as our enterprise backup solution. I need a report for managers with the below columns Netbackup Policy Name Job name Schedule (daily/weekly/monthly) Start time retention Please advise how i can i acheive this. Regards, Mohamed Sahal
OpsCenter - "Fatal error during installation" (upgrade from clean 7.5 to 7.5.0.4)
Hello, I have searched for any information about this but only found basic information and not real solution. The problem is with upgrading OpsCenter 7.5 to 7.5.0.4 Maintenance Pack. I am installing a clean OpsCenter software (basic version, not Analytics), version 7.5. Then I try to upgrade to 7.5.0.4 version but it always fails at Database Schema Upgrade stage and rolls back to 7.5 version with “Fatal error during installation”. The log does not give me any useful information. In the past I had issues upgrading from OpsCenter 7.0.1 to 7.5 (I had to scratch the database and install it clean, then I was able to “upgrade” – now I cannot even upgrade from a clean version of 7.5 to 7.5.0.4). Custom OpsCenter SQL Queries needed.
Hi everyone, We are using Netbackup 7.6.1.2 and OpsCenter Analytics 7.6.1.2 In NBU Admin Console, under Reports there are 2 reports that I would like to customize if theunderlying data is available in the OpsCenter DB andI can get the SQL Queries for those reports. Report1: Images on Tape (under Tape Reports) Report2: Images on Disk (under Disk Reports, can be filtered by disk type) If the reports are fetching the data from the OpsCenter DB would it be possible to obtain the executing sql statements by Tracing ? OpsCenter report export discrepencies
Morning, I'm having very basic, but irritating issues with OpsCenter included with out NetBackup 7.1.0.2 installation. OpsCenter is the free version. I have daily reports of backups that succeed or fail. On a daily basis I export these and use them for reporting. When I export, I like to do so via CSV as it allows me to remove the parent jobs that I cannot remove through the report configuration itself. However, when exporting to CSV, there seems to be a limit of 266 rows. As the report extends beyond 266 rows I end up losing a small amount of report data. When exporting to PDF I get all data, but can't edit it as I can with a CSV in Excel. I initially assumed it would be an Excel issue, however the imported CSV shows the "report generated on" line on 266. The same issue applies to XML exports. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? If I could exclude the parent jobs this wouldn't even be an issue, which is possibly the most annoying aspect of this. Thanks, Jason
OpsCenter is not connecting with the Master Servers
Hey guys I had OpsCenter setup with two Master Servers. All was working fine until suddenly two days ago OpsCenter stopped showing the reports and started showing that it is not connected to the master servers. The network connection is up. Any suggestions are welcome. P.S. If anyone have a guide to get the most out of OpsCenter that'd be great.
