Discovery accelerator cannot create Report

Need csv or SQL export of "research" view
I have need of a report that will show me the following information on an EV email search I've performed in DA: Sender, recipient, destination, subject, date/time sent. While I can display this information in the Discovery Accelerator "Review" tab, I need to provide this summary information in CSV (or other spreadsheet) format to a particular department. We were able to do this in our previous email archive system (CAMM) and so I am seeking a way to do this using the EV product suite. All the information is there on this screen, but I need to export it to CSV. Please advise how I do this with this new (to us) tool as I've searched the web and documentation for several hours and have not found a solution. Many thanks.Solved842Views0likes3Comments

Need to find the date that legal hold was applied to a case
We are using DA 9.0.5. Reporting Services are not configured. We enabled the legal/litigation hold feature on a case last year, but we are being asked to determine what date that occured. Does anyone know of a way to find this out from within the database?Solved526Views1like2Comments
NULL value for oldest and youngest items
Hello All, Iam trying to calculate how much storage we would be able to repurpose if we convinced our legal department to let us purge items older than 5 years. I ran this query in our SQL environment but the results are not complete (screenshot attached). USE EnterpriseVaultDirectory SELECT ArchiveName, OldestItemDateUTC, YoungestItemDateUTC, HighestItemSequenceNumber, IndexedItems FROM EnterpriseVaultDirectory.dbo.IndexView ORDER BY OldestItemDateUTC The majority of the archives return NULL for the oldest and youngest items. In order to report on the search terms used for searches in EV Discovery Accelerator I was using tblIntSearches.XMLText, but the terms are not included in the XML if the search was 'Deleted' status. The search terms appear to be in NativeQuery and NativeLegacyQuery, but the format is not XML. Is there documentation or examples of how to parse the search terms from those fields for reporting? EV Search report and Boolean operators
I have been asked to review an EV search report and I want to be sure what Boolean operators are represented in the search terms section of the report that span two lines on the report. Questions about the sample report below: Are the recipients joined together with and AND or and OR? Are the Subject and Content search terms on the two separate lines joined together with an AND or an OR? So asked a different way ... does the search term translate to: 1. (zip OR zipcode OR "postal code") AND (123456 OR 78912) 2. zip OR zipcode OR "postal code" OR 123456 OR 789012 3. something else We are trying to implement this search term(zip OR zipcode OR "postal code") AND (123456 OR 78912) and need to see if this report shows that it was implemented correctly.
